Historically noted as one of South Edinburgh's significant farmhouses, Comiston Farm was originally owned by renowned Edinburgh politician Sir James Forrest.

Utilising a design-led approach the Fortis team delivered a seamless link between old and new; sympathetically restoring the existing farmhouse into 3 generous apartments and developing 6 new build townhouses to the west of the site. Significant care was taken to preserve the magnificent trees that canopy the entrance to the development.
