Fortis Homes works across a variety of mixed residential developments focusing primarily on the Lothians and Scottish Borders. The team have been developing both new homes and redeveloping existing residential properties since 2010, and benefit from experience in project delivery across a full spectrum of mixed-use sites.

Director
DOUG INNES
Doug is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in property across the UK and Europe. Having previously held senior roles with Standard Life Investments and co-founding asset management co's, Doug brings deep expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. He is passionate about creating great homes and places sustainably.

Away from his desk Doug has his hands full with his family at home and sneaks on to the golf course when he can.
Director
GRAHAM INNES
Originally a Chartered Civil Engineer, Graham has more than 14 years' experience in UK construction and property development. Having worked with major firms including VolkerFitzpatrick, Geoffrey Osborne, and Black & Veatch, he brings a wealth of technical expertise and a practical, down-to-earth approach to every project.

Graham enjoys spending time with his young family, rugby (albeit watching these days), golf, skiing, and spending time outdoors in the Scottish Borders.

JONNY ELLIOTT
Jonny is an experienced commercial and operations Director with a background across property, interiors, and business management. He previously held senior roles at The Bureau Group, leading commercial operations and people strategy across a group of design and workspace companies. He has a passion for great design and practical delivery.

Another lover of sports, he enjoys watching his kids participate where he once did. He is still into his fitness, and skiing whenever he can.
